This was so easy to use. I appreciated the finished sample to guide me and the proper attachments necessary to process my Quit Claim Deed. I am gifting it to my nephew as I am too old to run farm and I live in a different state now. I tried other websites but their info was not up to date or accurate. Thank you so much. 71 Y/O Nana.

Deeds.com was a wealth of information and easy to navigate through the myriad of forms to choose from. During a time of family tragedy, this site was a valuable resource to complete necessary paperwork and ensure assets were in proper names and titles.

Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.

it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. Otherwise, I love the ease of purchase with immediate links available.
