Substitution of a trustee: $10.00, and powers of attorney: $25.00, for instruments of thirty pages or less, plus $3.00 for each page beyond thirty. Maps, sketches, drawings or other instruments (except plats) larger than 8 1/2 by 14 inches: two cents per square inch. Town plat or map: $11.00 for the first one hundred lots or less, plus 5¢ for each additional lot. Survey filing: $5.00 per page.
Assessment Work (Mining): $10.00 for 1st page and $3.00 for each additional page. Conform Survey: $1.00 each. Copy of Survey or highway or right of way plat (large paper): $5.00. Copies of recorded documents can be emailed using a credit card over the phone.
