At the time of filing, the Lis Pendens becomes (constructive notice) to would be (purchasers and incumbrancers) that there is a suit pending, that could affect the property and that they would bound to the outcome of said case.
Such Lis Pendens Notice will contain:
(the names of the parties)
(the object of the action or defense and )
(a description of the property in that county affected thereby.) (5-505)
