Website is easy to use. I ordered the form, filled it out and uploaded it for recording. My only critique is that you can't preview the form before ordering and paying for it. I ordered a Deed of Full Reconveyance form only to find out I needed the Substitution of Trustee and Deedn of Reconveyance form instead. So I wasted $22 on the wrong form.

It wasn't really what I needed I read and read and read and read and I thought I was to do with for filing for probate or probate executor but instead it was for the property if you are executor and but it wasn't very clear on that so it didn't work for me so I was kind of wasted money

This was such a money saver. I was told by someone at the courthouse that I had to have a lawyer prepare the paper work for my mom. They stated that family members couldn't prepare the papers. I was hopeful when I found that I could prepare the survivorship affidavit on Deeds. I was able to prepare everything myself and had no issues today when at the courthouse for all the changes. Most people coming to this sight will not have the knowledge for deeds. Therefore, I wish there were more instructions on when the Grantor signs and when the Grantee signs and the process steps to making the transaction final. I would give it 4 out of 5 starts

Very happy with the beneficiary deed forms packet. It was helpful to have an example of a properly filled out form. The only suggestion would be is to show where the exemption code should be placed on the form.
