It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. Great service! I downloaded the Quit Claim Deed package and I'm so grateful I did. It contained detailed directions on how to fill out all the forms, an example of a finalized copy, and excellent customer service. The Deed of trust form was fine but the promissory note was less user friendly since I needed to change a few things that were fixed in the template. I ended up using white-out after I got no response when I emailed the help site that was provided in one of your emails, so it looks a little odd but should be usable
