The Notice of Subcontract contains: (1) the name and address of the subcontractor; (2) a general description of the real property on which the labor was performed or the material was furnished (such as street address, tax map lot and block number, reference to recorded instrument, or any description that reasonably identifies the real property); (3) a general description of the subcontractor's contract, including the names of the parties; and (4) a general description of the labor and material performed and furnished. The site was not easy to navigate. Maybe putting the different things offered at the heading instead of searching for it.
Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Have a great day!

Very easy and I appreciate that when you hover over the blank, directions pop up and tell you what to put in that blank. I also appreciated that when I lost the original password, I sent an email and Deeds.com cancelled my order, refunded my account, so that I could start over.
It was a pleasure serving you. Thank you for the positive feedback!

Easy and convenient. Was nice to have just a one time charge without a so-called anual fee/membership. Will use again if needed. May update review after "all is said and done."
Thank you!

Ordering and directions were easy. The only thing missing in the instructions was how to record by mail. Thanks!
Thank you Christine. We'll work on making it more clear that one can find mailing information in our recording section. Have a great day!

Good template that met my needs. Much better than another draft template that I found on another site. Would have been helpful if the template had been provided in a Word format instead of PDF so that I could remove the sections that are not applicable.
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!

I thought it was easy, but I wish it were faster. I uploaded my document Monday night (after 5pm) and got my invoice the next morning Tuesday paid it right away. and my document was not sent to me as recorded until Wednesday morning even though it was recorded the day earlier at 8:30am. So there was a delay of almost 24 hours letting me know that my document was recorded. So if they could speed that up so that we knew exactly when it got recorded immediately I would give it a million stars
Thank you!

The deed is great. However, I do not believe your Statement of Full Consideration is up to date as it does not give the reference for an exemption on the Transfer on Death Deed.
Thank you Stacie. We'll take a look at those supplemental forms. Have a great day!
