This was a good way to find the owners of land located in the middle of some that I owned. The experience was fairly easy and the cost reasonable.

This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. You have access to several other forms if needed.

We aimed to handle a survivorship affidavit (deed change) without a lawyer following my dad's death. After some searching, deeds.com seemed to have the most comprehensive and "correct looking" form we could find for our locale, so we went with it, and it was accepted by our recorder's office. I'm not sure why our local government office doesn't offer a standard form, but they don't, and deeds.com came through for us in a pinch.

Deeds.com did such a wonderful job that I had to leave a positive review. I did a deed retrieval and ran across some hiccups. Deeds.com was able to help me get my deed and even went beyond to help me have a more in depth understanding of it's title history. They responded quickly to all my messages. Great customer service. Definitely recommend! Thank you Deeds.com and thank you KVH.

It is easy to use but difficult to know when the document has been reviewed for recording and when the invoice is ready. It would be helpful for the website to send an email automatically once the document(s) are ready to be recorded to let you know what the time line is.....Thank you for your help.

I ordered a Quit Claim Deed for my county. Once I read the detailed instructions and filled it out I submitted it to the local Register of Deeds and it was filed on the spot while I waited! Thank you, you made a difficult and expensive task easy (for a laymen with no knowledge) at little expense. Highly recommend your site!!!
