it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. Very prompt and good resource. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a form for the Quitclaim Deed for an individual to a UNA, so I do not know how to proceed.
