It worked great- I had a little trouble at first with the site, figuring out where to do what, but the form was much better than the one we purchased at Staples, loved being able to fill out with the computer. I purchased this form to add my boyfriend to the deed of our home. He owns his own business so he cannot be on our mortgage. The guide doesn't clearly explain adding a person rather than focusing on transferring during a purchase or selling of a home. For future, I'd recommend make a few different examples for those who are trying to use this for the other options a Quit Claim Deed is needed for.

Guidelines somewhat helpful. Forms fillable but not editable unless you buy an Adobe conversion service subscription. End product looks crude and amateurish. Fields can't be reduced or enlarged to accommodate unique data. Very disappointing.

I have not received the deed via email. That is what I was expecting. Let me know if I am incorrect in my thinking.
