When filing a case affecting title to real property or at any time after, as long as the case is pending, any party to the suit may file a Pendency of Action. To be effective it must be recorded at the Recorder of Deeds/ Clerks Office in every county where said property is located. (The notice shall be recorded in the same book and in the same manner in which mortgages are recorded.) From the time of recording, the Notice of Pendency, becomes constructive notice to would be purchasers or encumbrancers. Such Notice will contain (the names of the parties, the object of the suit, and the description of the real property in the county involved, affected, or brought in question, signed by the party or the attorney of the party.) (ORS 93.740)

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. Excellent customer service, very well informed and experienced staff who responds promptly and guide customers throughout recording process. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office. I wanna give more stars because the required information is there, but the character spacing is disjointed on the first page, rendering a gap-filled, awkward-looking document. Also, the opening parenthesis for the first field on the first page is on the wrong line and is backwards, which sets the wrong tone especially since it's the first thing you have to fill out.

unbelievable Deeds Rocks Start to finish 2=Day Recommended by Coconino County Recorders office in Arizona there were incomplete sections. I would correct and resubmit . All done Yeah!!!!!!

I got a blank, a sample and detailed instructions, I'm happy. If the recorder's office had a form as they like to see, with your name as they like to see, and the property name as they like to see, no one would ever pay a lawyer for this but a little time to look up the exact names and this package you're all set. I recommend this because, while it isn't difficult, making a mistake could be very bad so getting the details right for a particular county is well worth the cost.

Pleased with the results, except for the "notice of confidentiality rights" above the QUIT CLAIM DEED headline. Is it needed to be included on the form or can it be removed ? How can it be removed, I do not see a reason for it to be on the print out copy. Thank you.
