I’m in Clearwater, FL and needed to record a something in Palm Beach County. Deeds.com made the entire process incredibly simple. I submitted the documents, they sent it back once (same day) for a small correction, I fixed it and returned them, and everything was completed within the same day. It was even much faster and more convenient than going to my local recorder’s office. In-person usually means planning when to go, driving across town, paying for parking, and waiting in line — all of which I avoid with Deeds.com. Highly recommended!

LOVE THIS!! I am a REALTORand from time to time I have had to take documents for filing. I'm so glad I invested some time online researching eFiling services. The first few search results that populated required an expensive annual or monthly subscription. Luckily I continued to scroll and found Deeds.com. No annual or monthly subscription required. Easy fill in the blanks form. Just FYI make sure you have a copy of whatever deed you are changing and the tax records. You will want the language to be identical.

Extremely helpful team of professionals who are patient when you need to get things filed correctly. Very small price for the comfort of knowing your DOCUMENTS are FILED with you local Recorder's Office. Some of the filings, if they are correctly formatted are already uploaded and official within a few hours. Here's the ALTERNATIVE you may encounter. For Example: King County Recorder's Office moved which means most filings are backed up 7-10 days if you DROP your filing in a BOX with your CHECK or MAIL IT. Neither is a great option, since they have no WALK IN HOURS.
