Use this form to grant and assign an existing Deed of Trust to an assignee (by an instrument in writing, signed and acknowledged in the manner provided by law entitling mortgages to be recorded, assign the same to the person therein named as assignee) Once completed record the assignment in the auditor's office of the county where the Deed of Trust was recorded. For use by individuals or corporations. (RCW 61.16.010)
By law the current borrowers must be notified of the assignment and change of creditors with contact information, generally within 30 days to avoid penalty. Included are "Notice of Assignment of Deed of Trust" forms.

Well, we are 10 days from leaving the country for months and needed to notarize and record deed changes to our rental properties. We worried about USPS, UPS, DHL, etc. and hardcopies in the County's bureaucrats' hands. I wasn't sure what I was looking for initially so I printed out the wrong thing. Had to pay again to get the right one but much less expensive than getting it from a lawyer. Our military lawyers will make the forms official but they don't have the forms. Hope this makes things easier for our children when we pass. Thank you for offering this service.

Thought from the reviews and claims, it would be able to do our quit claim deed. Maybe for simple situations it works but ours required more room for the description and parcel numbers. Ended up being a total waste of $40.00. Wouldn't buy again. It is no better than the free forms you can find online.
