As a first time user and not having knowledge of how your site worked it was awkward to upload a file and not know what to do next. I found out there is nothing to do next but that after some time looking for a submit button or some kind of confirmation that I was doing the right thing. After some initial general confusion -- (we sold a small piece of land privately and therefore do not typically prepare such documentation (!)) -- we were able to purchase and download all forms from Deeds.com and understand how to complete it/them. I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. This is an initial review of Deeds.Com and the ordering process for their Quit Claim package for Virginia. The ordering process was very easy and the price seems reasonable for what you get. I have reviewed and downloaded all my forms, but have not used them yet. Thus far I am pleased with the product and the process. E-Recording service is also offered, but I have not used that yet either. At this writing, I can whole-heartedly recommend Deeds.Com.
