Very good, very expensive. I hope that this is what my lawyer needed for us to finish our wills.

I just completed my first deed filing and I’m very happy with the experience. The deeds staff was extremely supportive and helpful in guiding me through the learning curve of being my first filing without legal assistance. They saved me a ton in legal fees.

Thank you for the kind words Jayar. Glad we were able to help.

Could have had Clerk's certification of mailing form after it is recorded. Not fatal, but I did have to resort to reading the statute as well.

So far so good. I will be taking the report to the Marion County Clerks office this week to see if it meets their requirements. If so, I will definitely be able to recommend Deeds.com to others.
