This form is used by the mortgagee/lender or representative to release a mortgage that has been satisfied/paid in full. (If a person receiving satisfaction does not, within sixty (60) days after being requested, acknowledge satisfaction as stated in subsection (a) of this section or request the trustee to reconvey the property as stated in subsection (c) of this section, he or she shall forfeit to the party aggrieved any sum not exceeding the amount of the mortgage money, to be recovered by a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction.) (Ark Statute 18-40-104(d))
[If a mortgagee or his or her executor, administrator, or assignee receives full satisfaction for the amount due on any mortgage, then at the request of the person making satisfaction, the mortgagee shall acknowledge satisfaction of the amount due on the mortgage on the margin of the record in which the mortgage is recorded.] [18-40-104(a)]

I was somewhat disappointed though - I was expecting something as impressive as the Title Search, which goes back to 1828 and includes Millard Fillmore, admittedly not one of our most celebrated Presidents. The process was fast and efficient. I did get a bit confused after entering info for my package but soon realized I had completed this part of the process and only needed to leave the page and wait for review of the document and then the invoice. It was pretty simple. After payment of the invoice I was notified that the document had been submitted. A few hours later I received notice that the document was recorded by the city. It was fast!

I have an apple phone. I could not fill in the form to pay because apple phones do not have a dash that can be used when the field requires a phone number with a dash. I had to borrow an android phone in which the telephone keypad had a dash that could be used. It was easy to pay using an android phone but impossible to pay using an apple phone. Remove the requirement for dashes to allow apple phones to use this service.
