It allows the original owner (grantor) to remain on the premises with full access to and benefits from the property. The grantee under the deed reserving a life estate for the grantor is not entitled to possession of the property until the grantor dies.

I would appreciate being able to increase the size of the blocks such as the Grantor block and the legal description block where information is enter on the form and to adjust the font. Otherwise great product,

The DEEDs website is very easy to navigate and find the required documents. I have not yet had an opportunity to review the documents I purchased and downloaded.
