Questions answered? Let's get started!
Releasing a Lien in Colorado
Colorado law doesn't provide for any mandated documents to release a lien, so how can a claimant (someone who filed a claim for lien against a property owner) accomplish this? When a lien has been satisfied, or needs to be released for any other purpose, use a lien release form.
The lien release form contains information about the lien claimant, the underlying mechanic's lien, and the property charged with the lien. By recording the document, the clerk at the recorder's office can locate the original lien and mark it as "discharged."
Find Colorado's General Mechanic's Lien laws at C.R.S. 38-22.

I was very pleased with the service and the product. All the extras were a nice addition to my order. With the example and instructions, I was able to fill out my correction deed correctly. I filed it and it was accepted with zero reservations by my clerk and recorder's office. The expected result (which was to remove a name from the current deed) happened almost immediately. I definitely recommend deeds.com .
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!

This was very easy to use to record my NOC. With the new COVID restrictions, I can't record my NOC in person and I'm working from home. This was a huge convenience and easy to use. I submitted the NOC late in the day and had the recorded NOC the next day.
Thank you!

The transfer deed documents are laid out the way county offices need, but I don't like the requirements so I'm going to leave a bad review.
Well, thanks we guess.
