This is a Georgia Durable Specific Power of Attorney for the purchase of real property located in Georgia.
The Principal appoints an Attorney-in-Fact / Agent and empowers him/her to execute any and all affidavits, notes, disclosure statements, security deeds, loan documents or any and all other documents necessary or required in the judgment of your agent in order to complete the purchase of a specific property in your name and for and on your behalf.
This power of Attorney is durable and will not terminate upon the disability of the principal(s).
It expires on a future date that is provided by the principal, or by written notification.
Since this Power of Attorney is transaction specific, it is exempt from the Georgia Uniform Power of Attorney Act as per statute
10-6B-3.
(a) This chapter shall apply to all powers of attorney except:
(5) Transaction specific powers of attorney, including, but not limited to, powers of attorney under Chapter 6 of this title

Product was ok; except in divorce cases there are usually two grantors - your form had only one signature and notary line for a grantor on the Quitclaim deed.

I have one suggestion and couple of question I would think that most TOD's would be from married couples. It would be real helpful to have a example of the I(we) block for married couples. Why would I check or not check the "property is registered (torrents)" Do I need a notarized signature of the Grantee

I was in despair as I needed to file two (2) very important documents with the County. Due to Covid the office was closed and my only recourse was to E-Fie with a service provider. I was fortunate enough to hear about Deeds.com. They were specific, courteous, patient and most of all productive. My documents will take awhile for the final filing but that is because the County happens to have a slow turn around time. Otherwise, I am now relieved that this part is over. Thank you Deeds.com. Form needs to be gender neutral. Also, while the format prompts for the correct information to be included, more of the form needs to be open for editing and to eliminate unnecessary spacing.
