It would be helpful if the numbers on the instruction sheet were on the form. I was confused on page two if the signatures were for witnesses or buyer (grantee). I do like the form and will use it in the future. Also page one Grantee's signature only has one line and if there are two buyers need another line.

It all started out well, then I was abruptly told that I would have to submit the documents directly to the recording office. No explanation was offered and I wasted a lot of time on your website for nothing. Very disappointing, as the concept of e-recording is what is needed in 2026.
We reviewed your order and our support messages. The document uploaded for recording was a very low-quality scan that did not meet the county’s eRecording image requirements. Our staff asked that a clearer scan be uploaded, but the same image was submitted again.
Because the document could not be processed electronically, we advised recording it directly with the county recorder’s office.
E-recording systems require clear, legible document images that meet county standards. When those requirements cannot be met, recording directly with the recorder is often the fastest option.

Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. The form was very easy to use and the sample tool you had was very helpful. the only problem i had was saving the document and then trying to find it later. I finally was able to figure out how to save it. but i still cannot find the saved document on my computer. Luckily i printed it before i closed it and did not need to make any changes.

Forms are good. But need to be able to fill in information and blanks so these can be filed. Disappointed.
