How long does it take to get my forms?

Use this form to release, terminate, extinguish a previously recorded document that involves access to and from a property.
Documents such as:
1. Easement Deeds or Agreements (An easement is a non-possessory interest in land, granting the right to use someone else's property for a specific purpose, like a driveway or utility line)
2. Access Roads
3. Right of Ways
4. Utility Easements (Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Etc.)
5. Drainage Easements
This document allows the owner of the land, burdened by the access and the party that benefits from the access, to sign an agreement releasing the property from such access, under the premises the benefiting party no longer needs access. Once the easement is successfully terminated and the release is recorded, it should be reflected in the title records for the property, effectively removing the easement from the property's title.

Deed.com is an amazing site. After calling many places and going on many websites to figure out what I needed to submit (most counties cannot help with questions and the place I needed to turn the documents into could not help either, they are not allowed to give legal advice) I came across Deeds.com. Was warned by attorney that forms from internet have lots of mistakes. But after looking all over, took a chance on here. So far, I am satisfied, and actually happy that I got something that (I believe) meets my state and local requirements. Haven't filed the deed yet, or had to put it into effect, but being able to pick the local area, and have the relevant state law listed on the deed, gives me confidence. Also, got the whole package of possibly relevant forms, and a very good guide how to prep the deed with a sample completed deed - greatly appreciated!

Deeds.com had much better and fuller information than any other help i found (90% complete vs 60 % complete); they tout how up-to-date they are on all the counties in the country and the idiosyncrasies of each county's forms and procedures; but some minor points of the info i needed were missing or confusing. Including that they sold me on e-Recording my deed through them, only to find out after i had done all the prep for that, that they had failed to tell me upfront (or i missed it somehow) that the county i was dealing with did not yet accept online recording. So, they were by far the best i found, but not 100%.
