What a wonderful and easy task using deeds.com. I searched on line for the proper procedure to file a quit claim deed. It looked to confusing to do mysellf until I found deeds.com. With their instructions, I was able to fill out all the proper forms and file with the court in two days. Saved me at least a thousand dollars if I had an attorney do the same. Thank you. The product is as advertised. I was unable to navigate this process because It is complicated and I am concerned about doing it wrong. The law is written in stupid language to make it difficult for all and keep the layering business going. Its a solid form but did not work for me. Thanks Chris

Very straightforward. Only issue was it took a few times for the mineral deed form to show up. The first few times it instead showed a mineral rights transfer between operators.

I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly.
