At which time the Clerk will immediately file the Lis Pendens to become public notice. 11-47-9

Being new at this, the system was somewhat difficult to understand at first. It took a couple of tries before I got it. It seems to be somewhat slow as well. However, it's a wonderful idea to have documents recorded from the comfort of your home, especially in the times that we are in with COVID19. The Affidavit- Death of Joint Tenant form you provided is not the same form as showed on the Los Angeles County property tax website. It appears that the LA county form requires entering additional info that is not included in your form.
