What is the Missouri Contractor Change Order
Using Change Orders in Missouri

Because of this, contractors should confirm changes in the construction contract via a Change Order. Change orders are used to modify the preexisting agreement of the parties (such as the contractor's promise to perform certain work and the customer's promise to pay for such work). It would be very helpful if the labels on the files downloaded were in text format, like "Jurat" rather than "1429107022SF21141." It would save me the extra step of providing proper file names.

The form itself was very good and easy to use. The only problem I had was the Sample they provided. Using a different name in every spot doesnt help determine what goes where. Using "Theodore Rockafeller" as Lien Claimant in one spot and Jebediah Finklestein in another then Harvey Johnson in the last spot is confusing if you really need a helpful sample.
