I found this site when looking for help filing a quitclaim deed to change my property deed to my married name. I received the correct forms, an example filled out, and a guide specific to my state. While it's nice to get all the forms and info in one package for a reasonable cost, the fixed format of the form does not allow for a lengthy meet and bounds property description for real property. Also, the Cover Sheet has big fillable sections with no instructions about what's supposed to go there. I tried the "Contact Us" link, but all it does is spin saying it's trying verify the security of my connection. Looks like I;m going to have to create my own deed in MS Word instead of just filling in the blacks of the PDF file that I downloaded. Bummer!

Really solid system for determining what may prevent your documents from being accepted. I love the comments section allowing for fluid communication. I only wish there were automated emails for all those communications and once documents were accepted, but I did receive a couple personally-generated emails regarding the progress instructing me to check the site.

Good site. Two things to note. 1. The Documentary Transfer Tax Exemption sheet, the word "computer" is used when I think it should be "computed" Error in state form? 2. The California Trust Guide could have a watermark which is less distracting. Kind of hard to read the print with the DEEDS.COM logo so prominent.
