The buyer signs a Release of Memorandum as the Releasor to formally relinquish their interest.

The seller recorded a memorandum for protection or notice.
The agreement is voided or terminated.
The seller signs as the Releasor to release any cloud on title.
3. Both Parties as Releasors (Joint Release):
In many cases, both the buyer and seller will execute the release, especially if the agreement was mutual and both parties wish to formally end it.

I love deeds.com - hands down, the quickest way to record a warranty deed. The process and communication is so quick - the recording transaction too. Worth the extra $20 to me for my time! I didn't spend over an hour driving around, talking to someone via a kiosk to record the deed, didn't have to spend the energy of loading kids into the car to come with me, etc. The efficiency and timely process is worth the cost! The download of forms, etc. was easy and the guides that were provided were good, but more information would have been nice as to where to find tax map #, parcel #, and district mentioned in Exemptions from Property Transfer Fees (and Declaration of Consideration or Value. In general, I was quite pleased with your product.

This is my first time using this amazing service. I wish I was told about this before I went all the way downtown, drove thru construction zones, paid for parking only to be told the computer system had crashed. I was referred to Deeds.com and I will not use the downtown system again.
