I am very pleased with my purchase of the Affidavit Death of Joint Tenant form. I previously purchased this form from the leading providing of DIY legal forms and it was rejected by the Registrar in my state. I then had to start over. Plus I needed a form that would show me a completed example and give me line-by-line instructions. Deeds.com filled the bill perfectly. Their website also let me know the last date the form was updated.
We appreciate your business and value your feedback. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. Excellent customer service, very well informed and experienced staff who responds promptly and guide customers throughout recording process. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office. I would like to give 6 stars or more to the site as per my experience with this site. Highly recommended site

I tried to do it myself by copying an old deed and ended up with a bunch of headaches (expensive ones) wish I would have used these documents first. Live and learn.

I had overwhelming emotions taking my deceased wife's name off my condo, so it took me a year to steel myself to submit the form. I filed in Multnomah county, OR which also requires a cover sheet documented here: https://www.multco.us/recording/recording-requirements But, I'm totally happy with the service and quality from Deeds.com getting me what I needed to get this done.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
