4. (A description of the property to be affected thereby)
A North Carolina Lis Pendens can be filed:
1. At or any time after a suit is filed
2. (At or any time after the real property has been attached, or)
3. (At or any time after the filing of an answer or other pleading in which the pleading party states an affirmative claim for relief falling within the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.) ( 1-116)

I took a chance and downloaded the Beneficiary Deed form -- would have liked to have been able to see the form before I paid, but I took a chance as everywhere else I looked online wanted me to fill out form online and then pay $30+ for each deed. I can't believe I haven't been using this service since inception. The only thing I would recommend is to allow us to delete an erroneous upload. I accidentally uploaded the same document twice but I saw no way for me to correct my mistake other than to send an email.
