Use this form to create a survivorship joint tenancy in Ohio real property. The Ohio Revised Code Section 5302.17 states that a "deed conveying any interest in real property to two or more persons . . . creates a survivorship tenancy in the grantees, and upon the death of any of the grantees, vests the interest of the decedent in the survivor, survivors, or the survivor's or survivors' separate heirs and assigns."
Once executed and recorded, this deed immediately conveys ownership from the grantor to the grantees. To retain a shared ownership interest in the property, the grantor simply conveys the property to herself and the other intended co-tenants.

I didn't care for it because I was having to do other things in between filling it out and all of a sudden it would not allow me back in it to make changes. Luckily I had saved it and then had to do FILL/SIGN option which looks ugly but that was the only way I could add what I needed.

Easy to use, I would recommend deeds.com. I would recommend visiting your county recorder before having document notarized. They will review document and make sure everything you need is on the deed, before having notarized.

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself.
