The Oregon TODD transfer on death deed template worked great and was easy to use. They had instructions and a guide that had good pointers to filling everything out. It took about 2 weeks to mail in my filled TODD and receive it back from the county with their stamp. Would definitely use this service for other documents

The product I purchased looks great and I added Adobe to be able to copy it, but for some reason I can't,so I will delete Adobe and then try again to copy what i paid for. I have all the PDFS' and my computer and printer are fairly new (windows 10),I should have tried to copy it first, I'll get it! Thanks

I was in a rush to record a quit claim deed, however due to covid 19 Miami dade county recorders office are not open to public. According to staff I would have to mail in the quit claim deed and wait approximately two weeks for the deed to get recorded. Thanks to Deeds.com I got my document recorded in less than one day. Laborious process to gain access; need to indicate PRIINT when complete and inform that if page is backspaced, entered info disappears, necessitating starting all over again. There is only one “A” provision, when some documents have several more. Space is too limited in some instances to provide what is necessary for recording. Thank you
