In this power of attorney, you are empowering your agent to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms your Attorney in Fact deems appropriate, the purchase and financing for the purchase of the real property described within. This Power of Attorney (i) shall not be affected by the disability of the principal (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Oregon that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Oregon. Further powers can be defined or limited in the "Special Instructions" area of the form.

Working with one document at a time every thing was great, but the program will not let multiple documents save independently. When I saved a document and created another document the changes I made on the second document were on the 1st document. No big deal if your printing, but if your saving to email later, its an issue.

I purchased the Affidavit of Surviving Joint Tenant document and found the whole package of documents to be useful and practical. Successfully recorded!!! While the fillable PDF files are good enough, I personally prefer a Word document as it is easier to modify font or spacing.

I have been researching for months to figure out how to remove deceased owner of property with right of survivorship in Florida. The County Clerk was not helpful. They refer you to get legal advice which is expensive. So hopefully by completing these forms I can actually complete the task. And would be helpful to be reassured that this is all I need to complete overdue task. I was hesitant to pay, but I believe this is legit. If so- a great Thank you.
