This is a Special Power of Attorney in which the first party, Principal authorizes a second Party, Attorney-in-fact, to purchase a certain property on your behalf. In this power of attorney, you are empowering your agent to perform every act necessary and requisite to negotiate, agree to and consummate, on whatever terms your Attorney in Fact deems appropriate, the purchase and financing for the purchase of the real property described within. This Power of Attorney (i) shall not be affected by the disability of the principal (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the State of Oregon that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the State of Oregon. Further powers can be defined or limited in the "Special Instructions" area of the form.

Very Poor and useles, a scam, don't waste your money, those templates are useless and do Not give you Any valid,proper, meeningful wording to use, did Not Help me, nothing more than what a 5th grader can come up with as far as wording or example..I feel I was riped off and this is a total scam... nothing useful

This site was easy to use for access to State forms for filing in Montmorency County clerks office. Not only did I find claim form but a sample claim was available for assisting on how to complete your form correctly. Found this so very useful for us (public resident) to fill in the form as a .PDF file that prints out typed form - rather than handwritten entries. There is a fee but your access is always available on internet to this site in the future. Saved me time using this site and My filed form looks professional. You have access to several other forms if needed.

It was very difficult to maneuver through your website the wording on certain things are very difficult to figure out. I can't seem to get through to one place that I want versus what I don't want. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed. Product was ok; except in divorce cases there are usually two grantors - your form had only one signature and notary line for a grantor on the Quitclaim deed.
