Dretha W. said: Ordered the fill in the blank form for a deed. Very professional looking but more importantly, correct for my recording office. It was recorded with no question. The guide was a big help in completed the deed.

Alan K. said: The instructions and example for filling out the form were very clear and detailed making the whole process fairly easy. An attorney I talked to wanted $200 to fill out this simple form. I haven't tried to file it yet but I will let you know if there are any issues. Really a great deal. $20 vs $200.

Cherene K. said: The process was easy and reasonable. My only problem was that, when I filled out my form on the computer, the writing I did overlapped with the pre-written words on the form, so that I had to end up doing it by hand. I've used DEEDS before and have not had that problem.
Reply from Staff: Thank you for your feedback Cherene. We've emailed you for some followup regarding the issue you reported.
