Upon completion of the contract or improvement and upon receipt of the contract price, the contractor must deliver by registered mail or otherwise to the owner or owners of the real property a sworn affidavit stating that all liens have been paid in full or will be paid in full no later than ten (10) days from the date a bill is rendered for such services. Tenn. Prop. Code 66-11-205. The sworn affidavit must be executed and signed in the presence of a notary public.
The notice identifies the parties, the location and nature of the work or improvements, relevant dates, and anything else necessary for the specific situation.

Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. Clearly I missed something prior to purchasing something I can not use. Perhaps additional clarification for us without any experience is this area would be helpful.

Not user friendly, and not an Adobe fan. The first page of Quitclaim Deed form cuts off the Parcel Identification line on the bottom. Also quite a few forms showed up to be downloaded , after I paid, so I was unsure if all the forms were part of the quitclaim package. I have adobe but was unable to locate the forms in adobe on my computer after I downloaded them. Just wanted to print out one quitclaim deed form, which would have taken less that 3 minutes. instead it took 97 minutes. Thank you, though, for having the form there.
