I think it needs to be easier to enlarge print to fit an 8"x12" sheet of paper. Printing off samples is difficult to read as it is too small

I found this site a must. It provided all the forms I needed to file a Quit Claim Deed. I filed what use to be called a Quick Claim Deed 30 years ago. You only had to file the one form. Today it is called a Quit Claim Deed. The pack provided forms that I had no idea had to be filed with the Quit Claim Deed. I would not have known this otherwise if the option hadn't presented itself. Came with all the paperwork that I needed plus a lot more paperwork than what I needed. Covered all the bases! The instructions were a big help. Easy fill in the blanks. Had no problem filing the paperwork afterword at the County Clerks office. Definitely worth the $20.

Worked well for me to create a deed for a house I inherited. It was very thorough and easy to use. I have no experience with the law so I just googled terms I didn't understand and was fine. I also called land records a lot and ended up not needing a lot of the material included, but it was still good to have it.

The form is easy to use. However, the quit claim deed form seems to be for parcel of land, because the word "real property" is not in the form.
