When a suit is filed that affects title to real property a Lis Pendens must be recorded to provide constructive notice to would be buyers or encumbrancers. Such Lis Pendens must be recorded in the County Clerks Office where the property is located to become effective. If the property is located in more than one county then a Lis Pendens shall be recorded in the (Lis Pendens record) of each county, (which will become public record). (WV Code 55-11-1)

Great to have a downloadable form, rather than a cloud solution that gives no guarantee of privacy. Appreciated the sample.......but all of that still left me with open issues about how to tweak the form to serve my particular needs......for example: how to ensure that survivor rights were properly characterized; how far back I should go with the "Source" section + how I should layer my own additions to the chain of ownership, etc. Nonetheless, an overall happy experience. The form was short, and explainable.. so that is my feed back on that...but we have not received anything back to actually see if we filled the form out correctly.
