The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.
The only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

I have not yet actually completed the entire process. However, the preliminary documents, ability to try them and ease of filling them out is pretty nice, so far.

Requires you work in Adobe Acrobat. Too difficult to edit, add and erase for an attorney.

Sorry to hear of your struggle. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.

I use deeds.com for all of my document filing needs. The amount of time and money saved on making trips to the auditor's office is well worth the nominal fee that is charged. I highly recommend deeds.com!

First time using Deeds.com. Downloaded the PDF forms for creating an Illinois Mortgage and Promissory Note. Filled them out, saved them, and printed them out. Going to send them to my Title Company for closing on a property. Save a bunch of money on not have to pay lawyer fees for creating the same legal documents that Deeds.com provided.

The only problem I had was that it doesn't let you create a file for all documents to go into as one. Mahalo Angie
