This is a recordable document, if you allow your agent to transfer real property, Title Companies and/or other third parties will usually require the power of attorney to be recorded before a transfer of real property can take place if it has not been done so previously. Your instructions and sample are geared towards businesses. It would have been helpful to have included some for us individuals as married couples as well. I also recall one or two spelling errors on the form that I could not fix, and the instructions seem to be for a prior form. This particular registry also required a stamped self-addressed envelope for return of documents. Hey, you asked! Overall, pleased.

The Mineral Deed transfer form was pretty good. Could have used more info in the guide about where to find legal property descriptions and source of title. Also more space on the pdf for entering return addresses - there was room for only one; I needed three. I will be sending the form to the County Courthouse soon. I hope it works.

Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.
