it was convenient to have a starting place, however, though the property is in Colorado, the probate is in Iowa, so I had to create my own document because you locked my capacity to edit the form I paid for. If I pay for it, I should be able to edit everything including non fill in text. I could not open it in word, as I normally could.

Great do it yourself forms (I used the Quitclaim deed). If you think you're going to need a lot of hand holding you might consider hiring an attorney. The guide and general information provided by deeds.com will help if you have some idea of what you are doing and you are willing to research a little. Your mileage may vary but for me, this was a very efficient and economical way to get my quitclaim deed done.

Great product. It would be better if the document files were not embedded within other files. It made downloading a little confusing. The titles of the forms did not match exactly word for word, which required a lot of back and forth to make sure I had downloaded the proper document. What would be great is if once you download a document, the hyperlink changed color, or somehow denoted the document had been downloaded. Just a suggestion. You have my email address if you have questions. STILL! Five stars for you guys. I would not let that hiccup dissuade me from buying any form package from you guys. Thanks!

I’m in Clearwater, FL and needed to record a something in Palm Beach County. Deeds.com made the entire process incredibly simple. I submitted the documents, they sent it back once (same day) for a small correction, I fixed it and returned them, and everything was completed within the same day. It was even much faster and more convenient than going to my local recorder’s office. The purchasing process was very slick and my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY. The deliver went well as the link was provided immediately. However I asked a question via the "Contact Us" link and days later I get a survey but no reply. I may have been directed to the wrong forms via my County and I wanted to confirm that...but still no answer. What would that deserve as a rating???
Also, your history on our site shows no messages sent via our contact us page.
