A personal representative of a testate estate is someone named in the decedent's will to administer the estate.
The personal representative's (PR) deed of distribution for a testate estate, under 33 M.R.S. 775-3-B, is a fiduciary instrument used to convey real property from an estate to a successor in interest entitled to the distribution, as set forth in the decedent's will. The PR deed conveys interest without any implied covenants of title (33 M.R.S. 771).
In addition to meeting the standard content requirements for real estate conveyancing documents, PR deeds must reference information regarding the relevant probate case. Deeds of distribution are exempt from real estate transfer taxes in Maine.

A suggestion: Include instructions on how to add your spouse to the deed, rather than transferring completely to a third party

I was so happy I found a way to register my deed electronically! The county I live in only does e-file through vendors who service law firms and large volume documents. I had everything done electronically only to hit a brick wall doing warp speed when it came to this last part. So far everything is going super smooth and very easy. The price is worth it to be able to get this deed done because I'm doing a life estate deed to my late boyfriends daughter. I was counting on deeds.com to help me with a closing I was working on. I stumbled with the instructions but when I recovered there were no problems. The instructions were helpful and the deeds etc. were just what I needed. I give deeds five stars. I am 76 years old and when the application asks for the user's name I always think they want my name. WRONG. I am trying to learn computer speak.
