Great Job guys! I would not even have thought to look for this service. The county recorder's office and kiosks are all closed because of covid. I was directed to you because of a referral on the county site. I wish I had known you had forms available as well. I searched for a day to find the appropriate form.

You dont really know what your buying until after you spend the money. Cant use any of them

Thank you for your feedback. Best practice is to know what you need before purchasing. Buying legal documents should not be a exploratory endeavor. Your order has been canceled. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere.

This was an excellent experience. The jurisdiction I was registering the Deed with, entrusts Deeds.com with their filing needs. And the staff held my hand through the process, and worked to submit the best package, and the Deed was successfully recorded.

I was very pleased to find ONLINE, Deed Revision Document(s) and their explanation. I ordered these document Forms, downloaded them and Printed them. Now, I will be able to fill them out in the privacy of my home. Instructions were also included, how to file this new Deed, after I complete it and have it Notarized.
