New Hampshire Disclaimer of Property Interests
Under the New Hampshire Statutes, the beneficiary of an interest in property may disclaim the gift, either in part or in full (RSA 563-B: Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interests Act). Note that the option to disclaim is only available to beneficiaries who have not acted in any way to indicate acceptance or ownership of the interest ( 563-B: 5).
The disclaimer must be in writing and include a description of the interest, a declaration of intent to disclaim all or a defined portion of the interest, and be signed by the disclaiming party (563-B: 3).
Deliver the disclaimer within nine months of the transfer (e.g., the death of the creator of the interest) to the personal representative or other fiduciary of the decedent's estate, to the trustee, the holder of legal title, or the person entitled to the property in case of a disclaimer. In addition, file a copy with the probate court of the county that has jurisdiction over proceedings regarding the estate of the deceased donor. If real property is involved, record a copy of the disclaimer in the registry of deeds of the county in which the property is located in order to avoid any ambiguity regarding the chain of title (563-B: 2).
A disclaimer is irrevocable and binding for the disclaiming party and his or her creditors (563-B: 4), so be sure to consult an attorney when in doubt about the drawbacks and benefits. If the interest arises out of jointly-owned property, seek legal advice as well.

The paperwork/forms are fine, but there isn't enough explanation for me to figure out how to file the extra forms (which I do need in my case). The main form, Deed Upon Death is fine. I think the price is pretty high for these forms. I wouldn't have purchased it because there are places to get them for much cheaper (about 6 dollars), but this site had the extra forms I wanted (property in a trust and another form). Unfortunately these were included as a "courtesy" and there are no instructions for them. So three stars for being clear about what was in the package, having the right forms that I need, but instructions for putting them to use and price took a couple of stars off. Downloading was easy and once you download you can type the info into the PDF--that makes working with the forms much easier.
Thank you for the feedback Maria. Regarding the supplement documents, it is best to get assistance from the agency that requires them. These are not legal documents, they should provide full support and guidance for them.

It just a little disconcerting that I was not able to preview any of the forms prior to purchasing them. Thank goodness they were the correct forms I needed. I would suggest being able to at least make the picture of the forms a little larger or give the capability to zoom in.

This is an initial review of Deeds.Com and the ordering process for their Quit Claim package for Virginia. The ordering process was very easy and the price seems reasonable for what you get. I have reviewed and downloaded all my forms, but have not used them yet. Thus far I am pleased with the product and the process. E-Recording service is also offered, but I have not used that yet either. At this writing, I can whole-heartedly recommend Deeds.Com.

It all started out well, then I was abruptly told that I would have to submit the documents directly to the recording office. No explanation was offered and I wasted a lot of time on your website for nothing. Very disappointing, as the concept of e-recording is what is needed in 2026.
We reviewed your order and our support messages. The document uploaded for recording was a very low-quality scan that did not meet the county’s eRecording image requirements. Our staff asked that a clearer scan be uploaded, but the same image was submitted again.
Because the document could not be processed electronically, we advised recording it directly with the county recorder’s office.
E-recording systems require clear, legible document images that meet county standards. When those requirements cannot be met, recording directly with the recorder is often the fastest option.
