Please change on the example for the warranty deed the portion that says Source of Title: They don't use book and pages anymore They only use recording numbers. Please show an example with that for Maricopa County AZ Plus your Notary certificates should have a blank part for if it is signed in another state.

I recieved my document in a reasonable amount of time. I thought being a member i would be able to look up more than 1 document but it keeps asking me for more money. I requested help, asking if I need to pay for each document but have not yet been answered. I appreciate the fact I got 1 document I needed quickly.

Excellent Site for recording documents to respective county Recorder Office. My recording was suspended But KVH (Staff) gave me proper timely advise and guided me for the procedure till recording was done by county office. Form and instructions were useful. But I suggest creating a form for transferring a deed pursuant to a trust. The existing form is based on a will going through probate so it doesn't fit the trust situation in some respects.

I filled out the Xfer on Death Deed and turned it in to the County Recorder - everything went well. I did NOT like the Huge Print over like a stamp of "DEEDS.COM" on some of the material - it just made it hard to read.
