Was looking for information and forms relating to a trust my parents created, but what I purchased seems geared toward trusts containing real estate only, which is not what I needed. This is an option for recording that worked flawlessly with my county government. Given Covid19 has closed county offices to the public as well as the personal kiosks options to record shrunk dramatically. I recommend Deeds.Com for your recording needs.

The form and instructions were easy enough to follow if you had all the information.
The only drawback to the form was the length of text allowed for the name of the document (#4). The form self populates in multiple locations but when printed truncated the name if too many characters were used. I kept having to update the name of the document to allow for proper printing.

extremely satisfied with the service. I could not get file size correctly at the beginning. I received quick responses pointing out specific problem, which was very helpful for me to correct the mistake. It took 5 or 6 times due to different errors to finally achieve the qualified version. Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. It would be helpful if the numbers on the instruction sheet were on the form. I was confused on page two if the signatures were for witnesses or buyer (grantee). I do like the form and will use it in the future. Also page one Grantee's signature only has one line and if there are two buyers need another line.
