After a complaint is filed that (might confirm or change interests in the real property) the Plaintiff shall record a Lis Pendens in the county or (each county where any part) of the property lies. The Lis Pendens will be recorded with the Registry of Deeds of said county.
The Lis Pendens will contain:
The names of the parties involved
The object of the legal action taken
A legal description of the affected property.
Once recorded the Lis Pendens becomes constructive notice to would be (purchasers and encumbrancers.) After the Lis Pendens is filed any subsequent purchaser or encumbrancer will be bound by the proceedings as if they were a party to the action. Statute 840.10

Not good. The blanks on the form, supposedly especially tailored for the specific county, didn't have enough space for a document name or the doc #. I had to retype the whole doc myself.

I’m in Clearwater, FL and needed to record a something in Palm Beach County. Deeds.com made the entire process incredibly simple. I submitted the documents, they sent it back once (same day) for a small correction, I fixed it and returned them, and everything was completed within the same day. It was even much faster and more convenient than going to my local recorder’s office. In-person usually means planning when to go, driving across town, paying for parking, and waiting in line — all of which I avoid with Deeds.com. Highly recommended!

The forms are nice; however, they do not display the "th" after the day or the second digit of the year. You can type them in, but they will not print out. I just left them blank and will handwrite.

Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. it would be nice to have explanation of all the forms required. For a first time estate DPOA, I feel a bit insecure with the forms and would like a paragraph explaining specifics for each link and what to complete for the ladybird deed.
