The purchaser's affidavit is executed by the grantee of a trustee's deed and acknowledges receipt of a trustee's affidavit under Iowa Code 614.14.

I purchased the La St. Tammany Parish Quit Claim Deed as a gift for a friend. Currently waiting on a lawyer to draft his second version of what a La Quit Claim should look like. It would help if pages of a document indicated 1 of 3 etc. When I downloaded the TOD guide I got a 4th page though it only showed 3 on the screen.
