The Oregon TODD transfer on death deed template worked great and was easy to use. They had instructions and a guide that had good pointers to filling everything out. It took about 2 weeks to mail in my filled TODD and receive it back from the county with their stamp. Would definitely use this service for other documents

I was not able to use the form after paying for it. The words in red would not let me type over them and I could not get a blank document. Useless.
Each forms package includes a blank form, a guide, and a completed example. The red text appears in the completed example to show how a finished document may look; the blank form is the editable document intended for customer use. Because our products are do-it-yourself legal forms, we canceled the order and payment when it was clear the customer was not able to identify and use the blank form included in the package.

Ordered the forms I needed for my state and county and everything worked out perfectly. All the forms came with examples (filled in) and very detailed instructions for each block that required an entry. I was able to fill everything out on my computer and save the files for future use, if required. Deeds provides an excellent product. I didn't have any problem downloading and filling out the form on my computer and printing it yesterday. I didn't know what to put for "Source of Title". I called the county recording office; they didn't know either and said to leave it blank. I got the form notarized at my bank and took it in to the recording office. They checked it, accepted it, I paid a fee, and it's done. So easy. My children will appreciate that I've done this. Added note: You do have one typo on your form--you left out 'at'. It should read: "You should carefully read all information at the end of this form."

I am so glad I found this resource! As the Executor of a family members estate I wanted to save money by bypassing a lawyer as it seemed pretty straight forward to tranfer a Life Estate to the remainderman. (I had original deeds). But talking with 3 different states and 4 different counties - none of which seemed to need the same documents, I was almost ready to dump this in a lawyer's lap. This resource makes it simple!

Process is easy but system would not accept 3 different credit cards on first day. No phone number to call. Sent message and response was all 3 cards must have been declined. However, next day one of those cards went through with no problem.

I would absolutely use this service again. It was very convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the staff was letting me know updates to my recording package. Also, my documents recorded immediately. I did have trouble uploading my document in the beginning because I didn't realize it had to be a pdf file.
