(ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

regard to the sale of the subject property, this instrument does NOT revoke any other Powers of Attorney which you may have previously granted.
