Questions answered? Let's get started!

Arizona law allows married couples to hold title to real estate as community property with right of survivorship (A.R.S. 33-431). With this type of ownership, the property becomes a shared marital asset; if one spouse dies, the other gains full rights to the title automatically, by function of law.

Use this form to enter the transfer of full property rights to the surviving spouse of a married couple who owned Arizona real estate as community property with right of survivorship.

Your data doesn't go deep enough in time to be useful to me. I needed deeds from 1911 to 1966.

Thank you for your feedback Jan. It does look like staff canceled your order after discussing your needs with you.

They have been fabulous not only for getting me the Title and Property info I needed quickly, but also for determining which Deed (of many) that I actually needed. They are an outstanding resource for any real estate investor, property owner, Realtor, or attorney.

Had trouble filling in the forms not very user friendly. The text always had to be manipulated to look in the best place. Could not easily move existing text to look more professional with the text being inserted.

So far excellent service - I made a boo boo on the deed - no problem they made the change before they sent it off to be recorded. I will never drive to the Recorder's office again.
