The Notice of Furnishing is used to certify that labor and/or materials were furnished, or will be furnished upon a specific property identified in the Notice.
In Kentucky, any lien will be dissolved unless the claimant, within six (6) months after he ceases to labor or furnish materials, files, in the office of the county clerk of the county in which the building or improvement is situated, a statement of the amount due him, with all just credits and set-offs known to him, together with a description of the property intended to be covered by the lien sufficiently accurate to identify it, the name of the owner, if known, and whether the materials were furnished or the labor performed by contract with the owner or with a contractor or subcontractor. K.R.S. 376.080(1).

Sorry that this a little late. I'm VERY HAPPY with everything. The deeds paperwork was just what I was looking for. It was very to fill out, it was different than n the folks used years ago. Nice service at a fair price. Website is not very user oriented. Messages accumulate in the messages area but are not emailed to the client. If you used the service regularly, it would be more understandable but for a first time or occasional user, the site can be time consuming.

I tried 3 local attorneys and got no where , wrong information, to busy and another one was very rude. One said he'd do it then didn't. I was so stressed and tried a different online form company advertising an in person attorney within hours. They did call back but gave me the wrong answer. I needed a form used in NC and knew about it from the clerk of the court. The deadline was approaching, I looked one more time and found Deeds.com. They have the form and the much need instructions and for less than $30.00. I am so pleased and also relived!

I had a really good experience. I bought two forms from a different website and they didn’t help me at all. Granted, I only paid the minimum here I bought the upgrade and they showed me how to fill it out and what it should look like I went and had it notarized and took it to the county recorder and everything went smoothly. Highly suggest.
