This is a specific Power of Attorney form that allows an Agent of your choice the right to sell property on your behalf as defined.
(i) "This power of attorney shall not be affected by subsequent disability or incapacity of the principal" and shall be considered a "Durable Power of Attorney." (ii) shall be governed, as to its validity, terms and enforcement, by those laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that apply to instruments negotiated, executed, delivered and performed solely within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
With the exception of other Specific Powers of Attorney which may have been granted with
regard to the sale of the subject property, this instrument does NOT revoke any other Powers of Attorney which you may have previously granted.

Delivery of documents was instantaneous once payment is received. Thank you for that. For future clarification to potential users, Deeds.com may want to categorize the type of easement documents that are available. I was needing a 'utility easement' form and received an 'ingress/egress' form. Had I known it was an ingress/egress document, I would not have made the purchase. Outside of this issue, this site is very helpful for the average layperson to hold guardianship over personal interests.

This is the first time that I have used this service. An employee at the Clerk and Register office in Arizona suggested that I try Deeds.com to find the form I needed and the county office could not provide. I didn't care for it because I was having to do other things in between filling it out and all of a sudden it would not allow me back in it to make changes. Luckily I had saved it and then had to do FILL/SIGN option which looks ugly but that was the only way I could add what I needed.
